Introduction
Kryd — the effortless EU-sovereign deploy stack on Scaleway. git push → live, with EU-hosted AI built in.
Kryd is the effortless way to ship a web app on genuinely European infrastructure. Push a React / Vite / Next.js app and seconds later it's live on a real URL with SSL — with one-click managed Postgres and object storage, and an EU-hosted AI gateway already wired in.
It's the same instant git push → live loop you know from Vercel and Netlify, but your application code and your AI inference both stay inside the EU, on Scaleway.
Why Kryd
- Instant deploy loop. Link a repo, push, and Kryd builds it — no Dockerfile — and serves it behind an edge gateway with wildcard SSL. Deploys are health-gated, so a broken build never replaces a version that's already live.
- One-click data & storage. Attach managed Postgres (shared or bring-your-own) and S3-compatible object storage; the credentials are injected into your app at deploy time, never handled by you.
- EU AI gateway — the wedge. One command gives your app an authenticated gateway URL that routes only to Scaleway's EU-hosted models. Your app holds no provider keys; usage is metered per account.
- Sovereign by construction. Your code runs on Scaleway (EU) and model inference stays on EU-hosted models — both the app and the AI stay in genuinely European infrastructure.
Certifications such as SecNumCloud are Scaleway's (and a work in progress) — Kryd builds on Scaleway's compliance posture and does not claim those certifications itself.
